Will Santa be at Holiday Nights this year?

Unfortunately, we will not have Santa this year due to COVID-19 concerns.

Are you offering "high risk" visit times for "high risk" visitors?

Unfortunately, we are not offering times designated for high risks patrons for Holiday Nights. Most of the exploration areas are outside. However, we are limiting the number of people that can attend each evening, as well as requiring attendees to wear a mask while inside all facilities. Multiple sanitation stations are located throughout the grounds and we ask that all visitors mantain a 6' social distance from other families.

Do I need to pre-pay for tickets in advance?

No, you do not need to purchase tickets in advance for Holiday Nights. You can purchase tickets upon arrival at the event at the Visitor Center.

Are dogs allowed at Holiday Nights?

Dogs are allowed everywhere on the grounds, including inside the buildings, except the two areas where our new raptors from Raptor Hallow Sanctuary are kept, as the birds are easily spooked by the dogs. These prohibited areas include the Wild Wonders Trail located off of Oakview Trail (hiking with dogs on Oakview Trail is permitted) and one of our greenhouses where some of the raptors are being kept over the winter. Keep an eye out for signs indicating that dogs are not allowed in these two areas.

Is Holiday Nights still happening with the county changing to purple (Level 4) in regards to the COVID-19 state alert system?

As of right now, we are still open. Most of the exploration areas and activities as part of our Holiday Nights event are outside. There are only a few areas that are indoors and visitors can choose whether or not they would like to take part. Also, masks are required while inside any facility and social distancing is required everywhere on the grounds. If anything changes in regards to COVID-19, we will make sure to update our website and social media pages.

Is Holiday Nights a walk-through or drive-through event?

Holiday Nights is a walk-through event that is mostly outside.

How late do you accept admissions on any given night of Holiday Nights?

For Holiday Nights, we accept admissions up until 8:30 pm and the entire event goes until 9 pm. For exploring all the areas, we recommend allowing yourself 1.5 hours.

What payments do you accept?
