Beech Creek Botanical Garden and Nature Preserve features two unique outdoor settings, and one is sure to be perfect for your event, whether you are organizing a family function, social gathering, business affair or public event. Each of these peaceful outdoor settings offers its own unique ambiance, allowing attendees to be surrounded by nature while celebrating, learning, or getting work done. Whether you are planning an event for 10 or 200, the Garden staff is happy to help you find the location that best suits your individual needs.

Woodland Pavilion

​

Make your special event shine in this gorgeous outdoor pavilion surrounded by the peaceful woods. Relax as you enjoy being sheltered from the elements while still feeling immersed in nature. The covered pavilion is conveniently located beside the parking lot and features natural wood beams to give your event a rustic feel. This lovely venue has ample space to  accommodate up to 96 guests at tables, 180 attendees theater-style, and 200+ with an open-house style event.

Pavilion
Deck

Wildlife Observation Deck

​

Unwind with a relaxing event on this peaceful deck suspended amongst the trees. Located behind and attached to the Visitor Center, our Wildlife Deck is an ideal vantage point for viewing woodland wildlife. Enjoy being surrounded by the lush flora which creates a beautiful natural backdrop for your event. This charming open-air deck is the perfect outdoor spot for a small soiree!

General rental fee is $70

Wedding reception rental fee is $295
Cost includes tables & chairs for seating up to 24 people
(For an additional cost, can be altered to accommodate up to 35 people)

Rental Policies

General Rental Policies

​

We want the focus of your event to be celebrating, accomplishing your goals, and creating an enjoyable experience for your attendees and not on worrying about confusing rental rules.

​

Our facility rental policies are simple and straightforward. Still, we understand every event is different and we strive to be accommodating and flexible within reason.

​

Please call us to discuss our rental policies if you require further clarification. You may also refer to our General Rental Agreement which includes additional details about our rental policies, as well as a complete list of fees and optional amenities.

Rental Time

You have access to your rental site for a 4-hour time block.

Alcohol

Alcohol is permitted, but you must have prior permission. Alcohol must be kept in the rental areas at all times. 

Decorating

Temporary decorations are permitted & decorating must be completed within the time block.

Guest Access

There is no general admission fee for your guests to attend the event, but general admission does apply if your guests explore the grounds.

Prohibited Items

Faux flower petals, confetti and fireworks of any kind are not permitted. Balloons must be tightly secured.

Clean Up

All trash & litter from the event must be cleaned up at the conclusion of the event within the time block.

​Lastly, please keep in mind that Beech Creek Gardens is a public facility and that other visitors 
are here and other events may also be scheduled at the same time as your event. Our staff
and volunteers will work hard to minimize any interference and ensure that you have an
enjoyable and memorable experience.

Payment Policies

Payment Policies

Down Payment

25% of rental site fees due with reservation, balance due 6 weeks prior to event.

Security Deposit

We charge a $50 security deposit that will be refunded via mail 2 weeks after the event provided all trash & litter were cleaned up after the event & nothing was damaged.

Amenities

Optional amenity fees due 2 weeks prior to event.

Cancellations

For cancellations made 21 days before event, all payments will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 20 days of the event.
