Secret Garden
Exchange your vows in The Secret Garden, a secluded woodland haven adorned with lush greenery, flowering arbors, and natural beauty—an enchanting setting for up to 185 guests.
Woodland Pavilion
Celebrate your special day in the Woodland Pavilion, a charming covered outdoor space with rustic wood beams, surrounded by the serene forest, perfect for up to 96 guests, with tables and chairs included.

The Woodland Pavilion is also great for general rentals like birthday parties, family reunions, and anniversary celebrations. The Woodland Pavilion is also ideal for baby showers, bridal showers, small weddings, corporate gatherings, and more.

Enjoy a serene outdoor setting on the Wildlife Observation Deck, an open-air space surrounded by the beauty of the woodland. With seating for up to 25 guests, this charming deck offers tables and chairs and provides a picturesque backdrop for small wedding receptions, family celebrations, or nature-inspired events.
Wedding Rental Policies
Rental Time
You have access to your ceremony site for 4 hours & access to your reception site for 6 hours. You may schedule additional time if the sites are not being used for another purpose or event before or after you wedding.

Decorating
Temporary decorations are permitted & decorating must be completed the day of the wedding.
Tip: You can guarantee extra time to decorate by renting the sites the day before. Our Rental Policy for Any Occasion applies.

Post Ceremony
Permitted: Blowing bubbles and tossing bird seed or real flower petals.
Not permitted: Tossing faux flower petals, confetti or rice, or lighting sparklers.
​
Food & Alcohol
You may choose any caterer you would like or you may cook your own food or set up a food truck. Alcohol is permitted, but you must have prior permission. You may stock your own bar. Alcohol must be kept in the rental areas at all times. Please read our Alcohol Agreement Form.

Guest Access
There is no general admission fee for your guests to attend the wedding, but general admission does apply if your guests explore the grounds. The wedding party has access to the entire grounds for photos.

Clean Up
All trash & litter from the event must be cleaned up the day of the wedding. Decorations may be scheduled for clean up the next day by 10 am if there are no events scheduled for your rental sites the day following the wedding.

Reminder!
​Lastly, please keep in mind that Beech Creek Gardens is a public facility and that other visitors are here and other events may also be scheduled at the same time as your wedding. Our staff and volunteers will work hard to minimize any interference and ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Wedding Payment Details
Down Payment
25% of rental site fees due with reservation plus security deposit, balance due 6 weeks prior to event.

Security Deposit
We charge a $150 security deposit that will be refunded via mail 2 weeks after the wedding provided all trash & litter were cleaned up after the event & nothing was damaged.

Amenities
Optional amenity fees due 2 weeks prior to event.
​
Cancellations
For cancellations made 30 days before the event, all payments will be refunded minus a $150 processing fee. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
