We host 2 unique outdoor settings, one is sure to be perfect for your wedding.  Whether you are planning a wedding for 10 or 200, the Garden staff is happy to help you find the ceremony location that best suits your individual needs.

Secret Garden

 This quiet, peaceful garden is designed to facilitate outdoor wedding ceremonies. Imagine a woodland trail enhanced with garden arbors, lush green plants and beautiful flowers. 


The seating capacity is approximately 200-250 people

Wildlife Observation Deck

A perfect outdoor wedding spot for a small wedding! The trees create a beautiful backdrop for your ceremony.


The seating capacity is approximately 45-50 people
Rental fee is $175
 ($295 for reception)

Outdoor Wedding Reception Areas

We offer two beautiful outdoor reception areas where guests will feel immersed in the forest while celebrating your new union. 

Woodland Pavilion

Celebrate and relax in our covered outdoor pavilion conveniently located beside the parking lot. This perfect party pavilion features natural wood beams to give your reception a rustic feel and has ample space to comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests. Enjoy being surrounded by the majestic woodland and forest nightlife as you dance the evening away!


The seating capacity is approximately 96 people.
Cost includes tables & chairs.

Wildlife Observation Deck

A perfect outdoor reception area! The trees create a beautiful backdrop, the Wildlife Deck is ideal for viewing woodland wildlife. This charming open-air deck is the perfect outdoor spot for a small wedding reception!


The seating capacity is approximately 24-35 people.

Cost includes tables & chairs
Rental fee is $295 reception


Wedding Rental Policies

Please call us to discuss our rental policies if you require further clarification. You may also refer to our Wedding Rental Agreement which includes additional details about our rental policies, as well as a complete list of fees and optional amenities.

Rental Time

​You have access to your ceremony site for 4 hours & access to your reception site for 6 hours. You may schedule additional time if the sites are not being used for another purpose or event before or after you wedding.


Temporary decorations are permitted & decorating must be completed the day of the wedding.

Tip: You can guarantee extra time to decorate by renting the sites the day before. Our Rental Policy for Any Occasion applies.

Post Ceremony

Permitted: Blowing bubbles and tossing bird seed or real flower petals. Not permitted: Tossing faux flower petals, confetti or rice, or lighting sparklers.

Food & Alcohol


You may choose any caterer you would like or you may cook your own food or set up a food truck. Alcohol is permitted, but you must have prior permission. You may stock your own bar. Alcohol must be kept in the rental areas at all times. 

Guest Access

There is no general admission fee for your guests to attend the wedding, but general admission does apply if your guests explore the grounds. The wedding party has access to the entire grounds for photos.

Clean Up

All trash & litter from the event must be cleaned up the day of the wedding. Decorations may be scheduled for clean up the next day by 10 am if there are no events scheduled for your rental sites the day following the wedding.

​Lastly, please keep in mind that Beech Creek Gardens is a public facility and that other visitors are here and other events may also be scheduled at the same time as your wedding. Our staff and volunteers will work hard to minimize any interference and ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Payment Policies

Down Payment

25% of rental site fees due with reservation, balance due 6 weeks prior to event.

Security Deposit

We charge a $50 security deposit that will be refunded via mail 2 weeks after the wedding provided all trash & litter were cleaned up after the event & nothing was damaged.


Optional amenity fees due 2 weeks prior to event.


For cancellations made 21 days before event, all payments will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 20 days of the event.
