We are still in the process of enhancing our new website and entire web presence, thank you for your patience while we continue to work on this. Our goal is to provide more timely, accurate, and interesting information to the community, our members, and anyone interested in the things we’re doing.

 Make the Best Pie Workshop 
 Sunday, November 2   2:30pm

Join us to learn the “art of making a good old-fashion pie”. Learn the secrets to a wonderfully flaky
crust and the best apples and other ingredients for the yummiest filling. Take home a fresh apple
pie ready to bake in your oven.
Fee:  $25       $20  for  BC Members     (Includes all materials, Registration Required)

Christmas Open House
November 22 & 23,   10:00am – 5:00pm

Enjoy sights & smells of an old fashion Christmas, hands-on crafts* for adults & kids.
Explore the Science Center and enjoy “Candy Land” and train display.
Admission:  Free    (* minimal supply fee for hands-on crafts)

Fresh Williamsburg Wreath
Saturday, November 29,   2:00pm

Create a festive, fragrant and beautiful holiday wreath for your home using fresh boxwood, berries,
pine-cones, nuts, oranges, cinnamon sticks and more.
Fee:  $30         $25  for  BC Members   (Includes all materials, Registration Required)

Nov. 25 – Dec. 21  Tues-Sat 10am-5pm, Sun 12-5pm

Unique nature & educational gifts available in our Nature Store, and lots of exploring in the
Amazing Garden Science Center.

$3.00 per person
Children 2 & under – Free

Butterfly Release

Visitors can observe or may choose
to assist with this process.
Admission of $3.00 per person, (0-2 yrs free) does apply to our Butterfly Release.

  • The Butterfly House is handicap accessible

NOTES:

  • Group tours of 10 or more should call ahead to make a reservation
  • There may be fees for groups of school children where tours include curriculum topics presented by Beech Creek staff or volunteers. Please contact us if you are interested in this type of tour.

  • No cost to visit the Nature Store, use the Resource Library, view the Educational Exhibits, or sit on the Wildlife Observation Deck (*)

NOTES:

  • Group tours of 10 or more should call ahead to make a reservation
  • (*) There may be fees for reserving or renting the Wildlife Observation Deck or use of the Community Room. Please contact us if you are interested using these areas of the Visitor Center for a special event or occasion.
